At Tampa Bay Eye, our focus is medical and surgical care of the eyes and eyelids. We do not have an optical shop or fit contact lenses, and refer our patients to local optometrists for those services when needed.
Our mission is to provide adult patients with the highly personalized care of a boutique medical practice. At Tampa Bay Eye, Dr. Creekmore seeks to help patients prevent and treat eye conditions including blurred vision, cataracts, diabetes, glaucoma, dry eye, macular degeneration, and eyelid malpositions. She also enjoys helping patients refine their look through the art and science of facial aesthetics. She is sought after for customizing minimally invasive treatment plans, including Botox® and facial fillers, as well as oculoplastic surgery of the eye and surrounding area.
Sara Creekmore, DO, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon at Tampa Bay Eye in Lutz, Florida. She was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and grew up loving nature and enjoying soccer, softball, and waterskiing with her family. A serious soccer injury required her to learn to walk again, and inspired her interest in medicine. She was awarded a scholarship to attend Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia where she studied biology and graduated as a Provost Scholar. Compelled by her own story of healing, she earned her doctorate of osteopathic medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
First I would like to say how comfortable I feel with Dr Creekmore and she has helped me so much. I had Morpheus8 treatments and had absolutely no pain during or after the treatment. She discussed with me different treatments and what I could expect from them. I’m 75 and will hopefully be able to be a patient for many years. Thank you Dr Creekmore and staff!!!
